ELDW Annual Coordination Meeting 2025
We were pleased to participate in the ELDW Annual Coordination Meeting held in Cascais,
where the Local Councils’ Association was represented by Mr. Stephen Sultana, Head of the
Maltese Delegation in the Council of Europe.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and
strengthen collaboration among participating municipalities and partners committed to
promoting local democracy across Europe.
The Local Councils’ Association remains committed to supporting the aims of the European
Local Democracy Week (ELDW) and fostering active democratic participation through
continued cooperation and engagement.
