After the good turnout we had for the course entitled Meetings and Minute-Taking which was held on the 29th March 2023, the Local Councils’ Association has organised another course about Minutes in Gozo. Participants were able to understand the role of the minute taker in meetings. After this course they should be able to confidently prepare for meetings, develop an agenda, and actively participate and contribute to meetings.
Attendees also learned how to structure ideas rapidly and remain focused, how to create accurate and concise minutes of meetings, and how to analyse the different functions of minutes.
