‘It’s How You Make Them Feel…?’ – Customer Care Course

The Local Councils Association successfully organized a training course on Customer Care called ‘It’s How You Make Them Feel…?’, in collaboration with Mediacoop. This course was held on Tuesday, 03 October 2023 between 08:00am and 5:00pm inside the InterContinental, St Julian’s. However, we are discussing with the tutor so that the course is replicated and thus the Council will have the facility to give the opportunity to all workers to take this training on different days.
