The Local Councils’ Association is organizing a free information session for Elected Members and Regional and Local Councils’ administration. This session is being funded by the Norway grants and as part of the MentorAid project which was launched by the Local Councils’ Association.
This course’s aim is to give ideas to Local Council to promote Culture and Heritage within their respective localities.
