The Local Councils’ Association is organizing free training for Elected Members and Regional and Local Councils’ administration. This training is being funded by the Norway grants and as part of the MentorAid project which was launched by the Local Councils’ Assocation.
Having good leadership is a key element, especially in a Regional or Local Council. The aim of this session is to help attendees reach their management potential by improving on their skills.
