The Local Councils’ Assocation is once again organizing free training for Elected Members and Regional and Local Councils’ administration. This training is being funded by the Norway grants and as part of the MentorAid project which was launched by the Local Councils’ Assocation.
For Local and Regional Councils to function it is required that employees and Elected Members work in a team setting.
There are many different types of teams, project teams, and multidisciplinary teams all with the common goal of achieving organizational results. However, whatever the nature of the team, it is important for all team members to be aware of the different roles each team member plays.
It is equally important for teamwork to be efficient and effective because these are some of the factors upon which the organisation’s competitive advantage is built.
