The Local Councils' Association, will be launching the second pillar entitled
Open Spaces, which forms part of the Local Councils' Association's vision.
Apart from serving as technical manuals, this publication collectively expresses a vision for the Maltese urban landscape. It reaffirms that the future of Malta's localities depends on reimagining open spaces not as residual gaps between buildings, but as the connective fabric that sustains people, nature and place.
This launch will be taking place on Thursday, 12th February 2026 at Giardini Lambrosa in Rabat, Malta.
