Mental Health First Aid Course

Taking care of our mental health is vital especially in today’s hectic world where prevalent conditions, namely stress and anxiety, are amongst the few prevalent ailments. As a result of this, the Local Councils’ Association in collaboration with Richmond Foundation has organised a Mental Health First Aid Course for Regional Presidents, Mayors, Vice Mayors, Councillors, Executive Secretaries, and Employees.

This course has provided the participants with the necessary competencies, self-assurance, and awareness one needs to assist a person facing a mental health challenge or going through a predicament.
