The Local Councils’ Association is organizing free training for Elected Members and Regional and Local Councils’ administration. This training is being funded by the Norway grants and as part of the MentorAid project which was launched by the Local Councils’ Association.
The Local and Regional Councils have to establish a solid long-term relationship with the residents. This course offers knowledge on how to make most of these relationships.
