The Local Councils’ Association, in collaboration with Mediacoop, has organised an ‘Interactive Interview Skills’ Course on the 27th and the 28th of January 2023 from 09:00am till 15:30pm. This training was provided to Mayors, Vice-Mayors, Councillors, Executive Secretaries and Employees. The participants of this course were able to understand the happenings behind the interviewing table from the perspective of the interviewer(s) and interviewees. Beneficial suggestions on how to grasp attention, how to manage challenging circumstances, and how to direct positive interviews were also provided.
