This session aims to enable Elected Members and Local Councils’ employees to use effective communication skills to develop and sustain relationships with residents and colleagues. It also looks at how the locality can support users with special needs, use facilities, services and managing their social networks. This session provides knowledge and skills that address personal interaction and the use of special methods and aids to promote communication.
