ALDA Training

The Local Councils’ Association, in collaboration with ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy has organised two training sessions on Monday, 27th and Tuesday, 28th November at Hyatt Regency, St. Julian’s. This training has provided an overview of a variety of EU funding opportunities available to local authorities through European grants. There were also discussions about improving local governance through participatory practices, with the identification of suitable funding opportunities to implement them, and with an in-depth look at specific strategies such as, participatory budgeting for local authorities.
