Today, more than ever before, the Local Councils' Association has earned the legitimacy it deserves in representering the real interests of local councils in Malta and Gozo. More and more, organisations coming from the business sector, public sector and civil socities are approaching the Association to open up new horizons through co-operation.
Anyone contacting the Association, gets a definite reply in a short period of time. There is no bureaucracy as we know what we stand for and where we want to go.
There is no procrastination that we have to face in our daily endeavours to make this country of ours a better place to live in. In short: we mean business and we deliver. In fact, we are proud to state that one of our daily expressions is that we make a revolution every day.
In the past weeks we have been able to establish a good working relationship with a company called Cultel Limited, which specialises in using information and communications technology in order to dissiminate information on culture and heritage. One of the examples is the ebook that is found through this link. Download the file by saving it on your computer and then run the programme. Viola, you have brief history notes on our Capital City, Valletta - the city built by gentleman for gentleman (in this term, gentleman incorporates both genders).
