During a meeting between the Chairperson of the Tendering Appeals Board Dr. Charmaine Cherret and the Registrar of the Board, Mr. Jimmy Magro the pending cases were appointed for hearing for Thursday 4th February 2010.
The cases set for this date include cases against the following Local Councils:
1. Ghasri
2. Pembroke
3. Fgura Joint Committee
4. Mellieha
5. Siggiewi
It is also expected that the Board will issue its decision on three other pending cases in the coming forthnight.
Another session for the 16th February 2010 has been appinted to discuss the appeal against the Zejtun Joint Committee.
